Two things worth knowing: an account holds your email address, your sign-in sessions, your credit balance with the ledger behind it, and a history of your conversions (date, page count, document type and whether the check passed, never a file name or anything from inside a statement). You can delete it from this page whenever you like: the address and sessions go, and the ledger and history stay only as records that no longer name you (details).

Your card details go to Polar, our merchant of record, and never reach us. Polar emails the invoice for every payment. A pack is refundable within 14 days if none of its credits have been used: how refunds work.

This removes your email address from our systems and detaches your conversion ledger from you: the rows stay as counts, with no address and no way back to you. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Things this does not affect: your past invoices, which Polar keeps for tax and accounting reasons, and any support emails you have sent us. Reply to one and ask, and those go too.
