What is live, and what comes next
The order below is the order we are working in. It moves when enough people ask for something, so tell us what you need and it moves sooner. Work that ships moves to the changelog with a date on it.

Live
What you can use today
On every plan, including the free tier.
- Balance check on every conversion
- The running balance is rebuilt from the extracted rows and compared line by line, and rows that break the chain are flagged with the difference. How the check works.
- Eight export formats
- XLSX, CSV, a three-column CSV for an accounting import, QBO, OFX, QFX, QIF and JSON, all eight from one conversion. Formats.
- Scans and phone photos
- Up to 10 photos of one statement, straight from the camera on a phone. Scans and photos.
- Credit-card statements
- The sign convention flips and subtotal rows are excluded. Where the statement prints no running balance on each line, the check reports what it could tie. Credit-card statements.
- Accounts, credits and monthly plans
- Sign in with an emailed code, keep a credit balance that does not expire, or take a Practice or Firm plan with rollover. Pricing.
- Long jobs with per-page progress
- Pages are read in parallel and progress is reported page by page. The tab has to stay open, and its title carries the percentage so you can watch it from another tab.
In progress
What we are building now
- Bank-by-bank verification
- Layout-by-layout confirmation of US, UK, Australian and Canadian statements, one bank at a time. Each one that clears is added to the list. Banks.
Planned
What is queued behind it
These are in the order we intend to build them. The order is not a schedule, and it changes with what people ask for.
- More languages in the release corpus
- German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese, held to the same standard as English and Turkish.
- Bulk upload
- Several statements in one go, with a separate result and badge for each file.
- Month and category totals
- The XLSX already carries a second tab with the statement's details and the result of the balance check. What is queued is totals by month, and by category once categories exist as suggestions.
- Google Sheets
- Send a converted statement straight into a sheet instead of downloading it.
- API
- Key-based access for people who convert programmatically. JSON export covers this today.
- Team workspaces
- Separate sign-ins sharing one balance. Practice and Firm already share a balance across everyone in the practice, on one sign-in.
- Dark theme
- For the site and the converter.
What the product does not do
- Edit or generate a statement. It reads statements. That is the whole scope, permanently.
- Invoices, receipts, tax forms. Bank and credit-card statements, done properly, come first.
- Categorization presented as fact. If categories are ever added they will be labeled as suggestions and turned off by default.
Move something up the list
Tell us which item you need. Email support@statementtable.com with the subject "Roadmap vote". Every message is read, and the count decides the order.

Three pages a day are free, and you don't need an account to run your own statement through it.
