Refund Policy

What is refundable, in what window, and how to ask for it.

1. Page packs

  • 14-day refund on unused credits. Email support@statementtable.com within 14 days of purchase from the address on your account, or tell us the address you used at checkout. We refund the unused portion of the pack pro rata: pages used multiplied by the pack's price per page is deducted. Consumers in the EU and the UK get more than this, and it is set out in section 4: a full refund inside 14 days, used pages included. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
  • Failed conversions are never charged. If a conversion errors out, no pages are deducted. This includes conversions that time out, error out or return no transactions. If pages were deducted for one of these, tell us and we return them. A conversion you stop yourself is not a failure: the pages it had already read stay counted, and if that leaves you out of pocket for a job you never used, write to us and we will sort it out.
  • A conversion you never saw. The result lives only in the page that made it: nothing is stored, so a tab closed while a conversion is running loses the table and the pages are still spent. The converter warns before you leave, but if it happens anyway, tell us and we credit those pages back.
  • Clearly wrong output is credited back. If a conversion completed but the output is clearly wrong (for example, the balance check flagged most rows and the rows really were misread), tell us within 7 days and we credit those pages back.
  • Credits never expire, so there is no expiry-related refund.

2. Monthly plans

  • Cancel any time. One button on your account page, with no email to write and no one to ask. Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded.
  • No pro-rata refund for the current period. We do not refund the remainder of a month once it has started. If you cancel on day 3, you keep the plan and its pages until the end of that month.
  • Rolled-over pages after cancellation. Pages carried over from earlier months remain usable for 30 days after the end of your final billing period, then expire. Page-pack credits are not affected.
  • First charge on a new plan. If you subscribed by mistake and have not used any plan pages, email us within 14 days and we refund the first charge in full.

3. Things to know

  • Deleting your account forfeits unused credits. Deletion is immediate and permanent, so if you want a refund, ask for it before you delete. We cannot restore a balance afterward.
  • If we shut down. If StatementTable is discontinued, unused credits are refunded in full, regardless of when they were bought. This is also in our terms.
  • Chargebacks. Contact us first. We resolve most requests within one business day, and a refund from us reaches you faster than a dispute.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of your statutory rights and never replaces them. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract. That right can be given up early, but only if you are asked to give it up and say so before the service starts. Our checkout does not ask you to give it up. So the right stands in full for 14 days: ask inside that window and the purchase is refunded in full, whether or not you have converted anything with it.

If you are a consumer in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy limits them.

Turkish distance-selling rules apply on the same basis where they cover your purchase.

5. How to ask

Email support@statementtable.com with the address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order number from your Polar invoice. We answer within one business day and tell you the amount before it is issued.
